Full Terms and Conditions for the One4all Spring Promotion

1. The competition is open to anyone over 18 years of age except employees, directors, officers or agents of GVS

2. The promoter of the competition is The Gift Voucher Shop Limited, having its registered office at UK Head Office, 4^th Floor, 111 Charterhouse St, London, EC1M 6AW.

3. The promoter will hold the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the competition and, if the entrant has not opted out, for direct marketing of the promoter’s goods and services
   
4. To enter The One4all Text promotion you must text the word GIFT followed by your name and email to 51500

5. The closing date of the competition is 31^st May 2010. Each winner of The Text2win promotion will be phoned by 11^th June from a Marketing representative in One4all.The prize details are as follows:  A £1000 One4all Gift Card in the form of 10x£100 One4all Gift Card and 100 £20 One4all Gift Cards.

6. If the prize is not claimed within the first 60 days of notification GVS reserves the right to award a prize to an alternative winner, in which case the first winner chosen will not be eligible for any share of the prize whatsoever.

7. Prize-winners may be asked – but are not required – to participate in promotional activities surrounding the competition and in promotion of future competitions

8. Entrants cannot win more than one prize in The One4all Text2Win promotion

9. The prize will not be paid to any nominee or assignee of the winner. The prize is non-transferrable and non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered Prizes will be as stated. The winner will bear sole responsibility for all (if any) taxes payable. The promoter reserves the right to notify State authorities of the identity of the winner.

10. By entering the competition entrants are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the competition. Any breach of these terms & conditions, as determined exclusively by the promoter, will result in disqualification.

11.  The promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the competition or the awarding of the prize or the payment to the winner of the value of the prize

12.  The promoter reserves the right in their absolute discretion to disqualify any person from the competition, to add to, amend or waive any rule without prior notice to the entrant and, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, to cancel the competition at any stage.

13. Gift Cards given as prizes have an expiry date of 18 months from date of Card issue printed on the Card

14. Cards may be exchanged for goods or services of a lower value, solely at the discretion of the business for which it was purchased

15. Change may not be given for purchases of less than the value of the Gift Card presented. But individual retailers may, at their own discretion, give change in their own gift vouchers, credit notes or some may even choose to give small amounts of change in cash

16. GVS Gift Voucher Shop Ltd will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising, suffered, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between the merchant and a Voucher holder or customer

17. The list of  retail partners in The Gift Voucher Shop Directory may change from time to time, and retail partners listed may withdraw from the scheme, at any time, but all such retail partners will honour any valid vouchers in issue on or before the date they ceased to be a member of the scheme

18. Some cards have restrictions on their use, over and above these terms & conditions, which will be listed on www.giftvouchershop.co.uk

19. GVS Gift Voucher Shop Ltd reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions

20. The Gift Voucher Shop Gift Cards are only accepted in the outlets listed on www.giftvouchershop.co.uk or in the One4all Directory. For the most up to date listing please refer to www.giftvouchershop.co.uk

21. All gift cards are issued in United Kingdom Pounds – GB only. 

22. Gift cards may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference

23. The Gift Voucher Shop cards cannot be exchanged for cash. It is advised that One4all gift cards of high value are broken down in smaller amounts to avoid having to spend the full amount in one outlet

24. Cards will be subject to verification at time of presentation. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers. To deface a cards will render it invalid.
